  • Really unfortunate. They have great prices online and my experience was positive until it came to the negotiating. Just beware that they add on a $2,000 anti-theft fee (which is completely unnecessary for teslas or any car with cameras). It is apparently not removable and the online price is not the real price. If they removed this fee, I would have been happy to purchase the vehicle and leave a 5 star review.

  • Went here to see look at a used Tesla after seeing their ads pretty much everywhere online. Looking at their lot, they have many. Salesman was polite, helpful, and even honest, but a few things stood out right away. He said dealer policy requires that I purchase their anti-theft add-on for $2000. That's illegal, period, but I figured I would negotiate that later. We found a car that matched my requests and went outside to look at it. While looking at the other cars I noticed, almost every one had curb rash and missing center caps on the wheels. Not sure what's up with that. This particular car had left rear damage in the Carfax, and although it had been repaired the paint repair looked horrible. Looked like body filler that had been applied by a cheap landlord, not even sanded smooth. But the kicker, I decided to open the trunk to look inside and found it was out of alignment and now wouldn't close. Not sure who quality checked this car after being repaired, but it certainly sent up huge red flags and I decided this is probably the norm for them. The 2.7 star rating seems to reflect that. If you want something cheap, regardless of issues down the road, this is probably your place. But I'm not that desperate.

  • When people are on your lot looking at cars it would be nice IF you had salesmen available to greet them. Not only was my son not able to find a sales associate but someone else looking to buy a car thought my son worked there. This place is a joke, we will take our business elsewhere where it can and will be appreciated. He called your phone number and only was able to have AI available, this is just sad that you can go to so many other places and they flock to you so quickly. This place was like a Ghost Town.
