Resale Business Large Inventory

Hello, I have had this ebay side business the past few years and it's been pretty decent. I had $70k of revenue from it last year, and that's just counting what I sold on ebay, I sold some things locally too. I've gotten really busy with another project and I'd like to get out of it. I have around (contact info removed) items that range from 20-300-400 dollars. I have two storage units on berea rd near home depot. I realize this is a lot, but i do get a little more than I need to pay rent for them so I'm not dying to get rid of them, but I can definitely use some cashflow for other things. Let me know if you'd like more information or if you'd like to make an offer. I'm open to reasonable offers, but remember that even at 10-20 dollars a piece these things are worth something..
