  • Bought a 2013 bmw from them which seemed to be fine. Not even 24 hrs later the drive terrain malfunction signal came on, a few hours later check engine light came on. I took it back to them they ran a diagnostic and said their mechanic will get back to them and they will call me back, its been about 2 weeks no call when you call them they have a rude tone would never recommend such a dealership.

  • I purchased a van from them last month. I was excited about the car, but within just 5 days, serious problems emerged: (transmission fault and TPMS issue where all tire sensors were attached to a spare tire, which destroyed it. These weren't minor wear items; they made the car unreliable and unsafe. The dealership did not offer any guarantee or warranty at purchase, and when I contacted them afterward, they refused to assist, stating it was sold without coverage. I understand Washington state law provides an implied warranty of merchantability on dealer-sold used cars unless properly waived with specific disclosures and negotiation – but in my case, it felt like this wasn't handled appropriately. I strongly recommend anyone shopping here get an independent pre-purchase inspection from a trusted mechanic, ask detailed questions about warranties/implied protections, and carefully review all paperwork. This experience cost me significant repair expenses and headaches. I'm sharing this to help others avoid a similar situation. Do not buy any cars from them.

  • They were very nice and appeared to be honest. I took to Midas and had then run it and it showed nothing. However after 30 miles my check engine light came on. Turns out there were some deleted codes. I now have to sink money into a vehicle I just paid $11g for. If you buy from them then drive it enough the check engine light will come on between 30-60 miles.
