  I had an absolutely exceptional experience at Pacific Auto Center purchasing my 2022 Ram 2500 Laramie 4x4 MegaCab, and I can’t say enough great things about Juan and Wes. From the moment I walked in, Juan made the entire process incredibly smooth and straightforward. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable with every step. There was zero pressure — just honest communication and great service. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure everything was lined up and ready to go. Manager Wes was equally impressive.   What an incredible experience I had at pacific auto center! Was recommended this dealership from a family member& I’m so happy I trusted her recommendation! We were in great hands from the moment we drove onto the lot , Jesus greeted us & we were compelled with his friendly demeanor, & we immediately felt welcomed from his greeting & endearing smile! We were looking at cars for 2 hours & thankfully Jesus was so professional & patient from all of our questions & trying to find the perfect truck in our price range, or even looking at newer cars to just dream a little. The specifics that we were looking for were our cardinal requirements for our trip to the dealership. Him taking the time to go through all the cars we were interested in (over 30 trucks we looked at) it was a very inviting space & welcoming atmosphere because of Jesus’ affable & professional character. At the end when talking about numbers & the process Adrian helped us figure out a payment plan we were comfortable with, & find us the best APR rate that was a competitive price that made us feel confident in not just our decision on the right car, but felt overjoyed about our choice in dealership and never have any dubious thoughts the entire time we were at the dealership. There was no pressure to purchase, but more comfort in our choice which made our entire experience here memorable and have reverence for them. Their vehicles have great competitive pricing, there are an over load of car options here, & the staff here makes the whole experience even better. Steve was very helpful as well! Very grateful he was a great help on contributing to us feeling right in locking in our purchase! His consideration to make our purchase financially feasible is what sealed the deal for us signing the paperwork and being overjoyed on our decision. Based on merit, all these gentlemen contributed to a lovely car buying experience from all of the details I mentioned & I cannot wait to continue keep spreading the love and recommending this car dealership to more friends and family because here At Pacific Auto Center they make you feel like family.   Great experience at Pacific Auto Center , working with Gonzalo and the team was awesome. They helped every step of the way getting competitive financing with sub par credit & choosing the correct truck for my business. Their transparency when I picked out a truck that would be difficult to register due to a salvage tittle really made them stand out . I highly recommend doing business here .
