  I purchased a 2014 Porsche Boxster from this dealership. I'm across the country, so this was a car I would need delivered to the East Coast. I had a mechanical inspection performed which came back a-ok. The car is a rebuilt title, and the price was discounted, but not to the degree expected for a rebuilt title. I decided to buy the vehicle, as the options and color combo were somewhat rare. The sales experience was somewhat frustrating, as I had to request updates and pre-purchase information multiple times before I received it. This was a theme throughout the entire purchase, and I was not happy with the overall service experience. The delivery driver pre-inspection revealed a number of chips, scrapes, and other light body damage that was not shown in the listing photos, nor disclosed by the dealer during the negotiations. None appear severe, but will require some reconditioning to address. The dealer clearly did the bare minimum in reconditioning the vehicle prior to sale. The dealer had not been forthcoming in providing an accurate description of the vehicle condition, and the price was ultimately beyond what a rebuilt title would have garnered based on the condition. I feel they took advantage of a sale that was not in-person, and while it was my decision to proceed, I don't feel they were straightforward in their pricing based on the condition of the vehicle, and were not forthcoming with respect to the vehicles exterior condition. I would not recommend this dealership, especially if you need your car shipped, and can't inspect it yourself in person.

  Bought a 2018 Audi S7 here about 5 months ago and the car has been fantastic with 0 issues, even driving all the way to Florida! Looked at about 11 other cars around the area before this one. This was the only dealer that would work on the price with me. Would 100 percent do business with them again and recommend to my friends and family.

  Dominic was very helpful and friendly really great to work with. Will recommend him to everyone. Big O Auto, is definitely a no haggle dealer, their pricing is on point and fair. If they have what you’re looking for, it’s definitely worth stopping to take a look. You can get out and walk the lot. If you find something you like and you want to test drive it, they let you come in and ask for their help. They don’t pressure you by following you around a lot asking for your information. That’s nice. It was a very good experience.
