We came in with a slightly complicated situation: returning a 2023 BMW i4 with an imminent maturity date and trying to land a fair lease on a new 2026 BMW i5. Joe stayed patient, clear, and genuinely helpful the whole way. He was also genuinely responsive, with email and text replies throughout the day, and he didn’t disappear once things got into the details. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t rush us. He respected that we wanted the numbers to make sense, and he was willing to walk through the structure rather than hand-wave it.
