  • I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. We purchased our Suburban here in December and have not been able to catch a break with all the repairs it has needed since then. The engine light turned on 2 weeks after purchase. We called the dealer as soon as the light came on since it was under the 90 day/ 4,000 mile warranty. This dealer never answers their phones. We called multiple times everyday and they only picked up once to tell us they would have to call us back, and they never did. When we didn’t get a phone call back we decided to go in person. We went in on a Wednesday evening to explain what was going on and all they could tell us was we would have to wait for a call from the service team. So we left the keys and Suburban with them. It took them a week to call us and they informed us they weren’t covering the cost to repair it. After battling with them through the phone they called us back the next day and agreed to repair it. It took them over a week to complete the repairs. We decided to take it to our mechanic so he could fully check it. He informed us that the dealer had used the cheapest piece to repair the Suburban and would most likely the piece would need to be replaced in a year. We payed $600 in other repairs it need that the dealer did not fix. We drove it for 2 weeks when they check engine light turned back on. It is now at the mechanic again. When we purchased the vehicle they also agreed to replace a trim piece that was missing. We signed a contract saying they would replace it in 30 days. It’s been 65 days since we purchased it and we have not received a call about the trim piece. We informed them about the trim piece needed to be replaced when they were repairing it and they said they would call us when they had the piece. In summary please don’t buy a vehicle here. We bought our Suburban because our family was growing and we urgently needed a bigger vehicle, now we are suffering having to use two vehicles because our Suburban needs repairs every 2 weeks.
