  From start to finish the whole experience was great. Nothing but positive vibes the entire time and absolutely no sales pressure at all. Starting with Christian Chang, he made everything easy and comfortable from the beginning. Then Karah Hartie was very helpful and patient making sure everything was handled right. And especially Saed Nimer, he really made us feel like we have known him forever. Very honest, easy to talk to, and just made the whole process smooth and stress free. Overall it was a great experience and we truly appreciate everything. Highly recommend.
