  • We bought a 2020 Kia Sorento. We got a great deal on it ($14,650 or so - don't remember exactly). Our sales rep, Valentin, had great vibes and was very helpful and not pushy. I was glad to buy from him. He deserves the commission. We were given a great interest rate (my credit is good), better than even Chase Bank was willing to offer. They let us take the car to the mechanic pre-purchase. The car was in near flawless condition. Only issue was the cabin filter needed changed. Not every car they sell will be this nice, but this one was. At no point were they dishonest or manipulative. They just sold me a car at a great deal.

  • First of all our purchased two weeks ago with Ricardo was very smooth and easy-going. We love our new RAV4 today. We went in to have them finish the service of the hatch. They communicate communicated well with us and let us know. There was a detail that they wanted to complete in order to secure the wiring. After lunch we went back in the vehicle was ready to go. The hatch works. Great service is great. Communication is great. Cactus Auto is highly recommended for anyone.
