  • One price is what it says. So no haggling. Viewing was easy. Team was generally helpful. Purchasing process was pretty typical. Something happened in the final round of detailing or at some point before taking delivery of the truck where the hood had some paint damage. That was pretty disappointing but the team stepped up and took care of it. Repair/repaint of the hood was taken care of with reasonable speed. Overall happy with the experience. Would buy here again.

He explained everything in a straightforward manner and made sure I understood the recommended services without feeling pressured. Although my last service ended up taking longer than the original estimate, Ray consistently kept me updated throughout the process. He was transparent about the delay and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I truly appreciated that he respected my time and stayed in communication rather than leaving me wondering. His professionalism, honesty, and commitment to customer care really stood out. I’m very satisfied with the service I received and would confidently recommend him to others.

  • I'm not a big reviewer but this one is well deserved! I got my new 'baby' from AutoNation Hayward over the weekend, and I can confidently say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional! From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch, and I left the dealership feeling very satisfied. Tony, my sales rep, was incredibly helpful and personable. I came in with two kiddos and he engaged them both. He helped make the process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to listen and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. His professionalism and genuine care for me as a customer truly stood out. Shoutout to John in finance who made sure everything was clear and straightforward. I appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. (John if you are reading this , I'm still looking for that coffee mug) Lastly Max who handled the sale of my 'old baby'. He made it painless and even got me a last photo with it :) I recommend would AutoNation Hayward without hesitation!
