  • Found this voicemail from a couple years ago and had to laugh looking back. I accidentally overslept and missed a tint appointment. That part was on me. What wasn’t expected was the voicemail I received eight minutes after the appointment time. Instead of a simple reschedule or cancellation policy reminder, it included profanity, personal insults, and being told I was blocked from ever doing business again. I completely understand that no-shows are frustrating. I don’t understand unloading on a customer like that. Professionalism matters, especially when things don’t go perfectly. To this day, it stands out as one of the most surprising business interactions I’ve ever experienced. It definitely felt like there was more going on than just a missed appointment. In hindsight, it seems I may have unintentionally avoided a situation I wouldn’t have wanted to be part of anyway. Edit: Response to owner I already acknowledged that missing the appointment was my mistake. No-shows are frustrating, and I don’t dispute that. My review wasn’t about the missed appointment itself, it was about the tone and language used in the voicemail that followed. Communication and professionalism are part of the overall customer experience, even when a service isn’t completed. This wasn’t written out of pettiness, just reflection. I hope moving forward situations like this are handled in a way that reflects the 13 years of business experience you mentioned.
