  Been dealing with Showcase for 20 years and I’ve never had a problem. They are honest and adaptable to my schedule. I own a business and need my vehicles serviced at odd and strategic times and they accommodate me every time. I highly recommend Showcase to everyone!

  I needed a wheel bearing, and the car dealership gave me a very high estimate. I had noticed Showcase before because they always seem busy which is a great sign that they do great work. I called on a Wednesday and the manager, Sam said he could do it the next day. Showcase called me to let me know that the parts were in during the day and that they would have it done before the end of the day. They did a great job and repaired within 48 hours and they followed up. I highly recommend them and located right near the Seekonk Speedway.

  NIGHTMARE experience! 5 weeks to fix a check engine light - Still not fixed and they burned almost $2000 guessing at it, not installing the parts they replaced properly, and it is still not fixed! The owner and the staff there are super nice, but I should have known better when I pulled in, and they had a "Mechanic Wanted" sign out front. Brought it in for a Check Engine Light. They keep your truck for a minimum 2-3 days no matter what it is. They tried replacing 1 part, they cleared the check engine light with the computer, 24 hours later it comes back on. I call them back, they said bring it back in. They say it now a different part, I give the truck the next week, they keep it for a several days, they give it back to me, they clear the check engine light... 24 hours later I am now getting a new Warning light and a check engine light. They take it back again... This time they blame it on a bad replacement part, from the ford dealer? They replace the part, again, I think, now the warning is gone but 24 hours later check engine light comes back on. They take it back, this time I tell them I want a loaner... and I was super appreciative, BUT, the loaner had no AC, the Passenger Door is Open warning was on no matter what you did to close the doors, Check Engine Light was on, and the other Tool Light was on and the radio didn't work, so all I had was a 4 track Dire Straight CD in there ... gets old after 4 days without my truck... On this last week they had my truck they left it with the Ford dealer. They told them it was another part. They replaced it (Another $500 burned). Within 48 hours the check engine light was on again. I called and asked for the owner, Sam. Nice guy. A gentleman. But I am sorry. My time was wasted, my money was burned, and I still have a truck that has no inspection sticker because they didn't know how to fix it. He was nice and offered to come pick up the truck for me to fix it. I appreciated it, but you had 5 weeks to fix it. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me... fool me 5 times... REALLY shame on me.
