Description

Kids razor scooter. Works fine. Foam handle bar grips are kind of dried out but work. I can put some black rubber grips on for $1 more. The elastic in the handle bar is stretched out but it’s only there so the handles hang with the scooter when you remove them. If you don’t plan on popping them out you can just cut it off.
