Had this back for 2 years and works amazing! 5 different speed settings that makes it easier and faster to pedal plus you can change gears like a regular mountain bike. The button to accelerate still works fine. This bike can top out at between 23mph-25mph if you have the highest speed setting on. (I’d go from Chico to Hamilton city in about 30 min going full speed) Got a brand new battery that cost $700 from the company itself less than a year ago so it has another year or so of warranty. Comes with a $110 bag that has plenty of space to store things -2 side pockets and the big main pocket and comes with a waterproof cover for the bag The charger still works perfectly fine. I can leave the bell or remove it up to you if you want it.
