I dealt with Joel up most professional and assured me they would be able to help me get the car I wanted. After crunching some numbers they gave me a price that was lower than my budget. I originally left a positive review based on our purchase experience. However, I’m updating this because it has now been five months, and I still have not received the extra key that was promised at the time of sale. We’ve followed up multiple times with no resolution. While the buying process itself was good, failing to deliver on a simple, agreed-upon item months later reflects poorly on follow-through and customer service.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and it was a smooth process. I would recommend this place to everyone. The man who helped me and my family was Daryus he was super helpful and wanted us to be comfortable with our choice in car!!!
