LIMITED RELEASE MICKEY MOUSE & MINNIE MOUSE COLLECTIBLE PLUSH DOLLS The enclosed Limited Release Mickey & Minnie Mouse collectible plush dolls have been beautifully re-created from the original 1933 patterns acquired by the Disney Archives in 2012. Starting in 1930, Charlotte Clark's now-treasued Mickey Mouse, dolls provided the exemplar model of product quality and character likeness that satisfied Walt and Roy Disney's high expectations of Mickey merchandise. But there were limits to the quantity that could be hand-sewn by Charlotte and her small team of doll makers. Because of this, Walt and Roy formed a partnership in 1932 with a patten company out of New York City, to provide sewing patterns based on the Charlotte Clark Mickey doll (and Minnie, tool) for consumers to create their own authentic plush dolls. I've priced this item to sell for far less than it worth right now, so please NO Lowballer required to respond to this ad.
