Selling a Craftsman 7000-Watt Generator (Briggs & Stratton 420cc Engine). This is a "project" unit for someone handy or is perfect for anyone looking to repower a large mini bike or a go-kart.. ​THE GOOD: ​Engine: Starts on the first click of the switch. Runs smooth. ​Maintenance: Just performed full engine service including carb clean, fuel filter, air filter oil change and spark plug ​Battery: Brand new battery installed. ​Condition: Always stored indoors. Includes electric start and wheel kit. ​Extras: Already installed a brand new AVR and brush set. ​THE ISSUE: The engine runs perfectly, but the alternator is only putting out about 32V. Testing shows the rotor has high resistance (50 ohms) and likely needs replacement (Part #707493). ​ Pick up in Pleasanton or i can deliver for a fee.
