APARTMENT SALE

18619 Clark street/ Tarzana 91356. Brand new art / rugs / storage/house decor/ Large brand, new expensive baskets selling for half. Ottomen with matching pillow/ tables/ camping gear/ hiking gear/ snow gear and more. Also some small pet clothes/ Burberry coat, brushes. Some things are brand new starting from one dollar all the way to $20, $30, $40 $60 or $80. I am also selling more expensive items inside of my apartment. Dining chairs- Italian mod real leather- worth $1600- selling for $450/ Pristine ivory sofa 74w inch. No stains no scratches. It’s remained covered and lived in storage for two years. Excellent condition. Chenille Ivory-$450, mid century coffee table- $200. Check other posts. There is also a chase bank at the end of Clark Street and Yolanda with an ATM. All pieces are classy and in great shape mostly new/ never used. I have a few side tables that I’ll just be using for my set up and those are also for sale but for cheap. Great to rehab. Anything that is new or still has price tags on it or large baskets some decor are going to be a little more pricey. This is not a cheap yard sale. Bring change. 😊 Just a few rules , no parking in any space on the property/ no blocking entrance to the garage / you must find parking on the street and walk over or they will tow. Usually plenty of parking on Clark Street as well as Yolanda. No blocking driveways. Can’t wait to see you there!
