I have 2006 6.0, the number 8 cylinder is scarred and the piston melted, not sure what other problems may have occurred. from the donor vehicle is a dually rear end and transmission from a 2 wheel drive ambulance that has 45k miles. I bought the ambulance for the motor. No issues with the tranny or rear end. Make offer on an individual part or for the lot.
