So as you could see, this is a one of a kind dream RV toy hauler. I put a lot of time and love into it. Every corner of this RV has been transformed. All the lighting and decorations will come with it. Everything does come apart and the carpet comes out so you could still use it as a normal toy hauler. It’s perfect if you like to go to Festival. only reason I’m selling it is I need to buy an normal RV so I pull my art car. everything works but one out of the four arms that hold the bunk bed up is broken, but it still works and I haven’t had a problem with it. I tried welding it twice and it kept breaking so I just left it. does not have an on board generator or canopy It weighs 4000 pounds but the tongue weight is 800 pounds so make sure your vehicle can pull at least 8000 pounds The outside is 25 feet long and the inside is 21 feet The inside part where you can put your toys is 13 feet long Things that comes with 2 x ac units 1 x sink /shower/toilet/ microwave/ refrigerator Sleep 6 but with everyone’s stuff 3-4 is ideal Gas Heater Water heater 2 x propane tanks Sway bar 20 gallon fresh 10 black/10 gray Things that I’ve changed in the five years I’ve had it are: Nicer sink faucet and shower plumbing New toilet Bathroom walls New electrical Electric hitch New outer plastics Recaulked the whole outside and the roof last fall 2025 Electric fan for the bathroom 55 in tv 50 ft rgb led string lights 10 in disco ball / pin pin lights 8 x led up lights 5 x white moroccan lanterns with fire bulb Extra insulated and blacks out really well Extra AC unit 4 rims /tire/breaks/ leaf springs 4 x level jacks
