Best experience ever from start to finish!
My initial contact with Mike was friendly and extremely helpful.  The Jeep I initially wanted had sold so Mike put me in touch with Harry, who found me another similar one within 3 days.

Apprehensive of the purchasing process, Harry made me feel safe, respected and cared for.  He listened to what I could afford, did not try to sell me anything that was not needed and even found me cheaper car insurance.  The entire staff was extremely friendly and respectful at all times.  By the time I was done, I felt like family because that is how they treat you!

As a result of this experience, I will now transfer all my service work to them.  I highly recommend this dealership to everyone.  Thank you, my new friends Mike and Harry for making what has always been a horrible experience AMAZING!!!

I was in the market for a car for my daughter a few weeks ago, when a friend recommended this dealership, which is a good distance away from where I live and work but which was well worth the trip. Mike and Harry were very easy to deal with, the paperwork and process were quick and easy, and Mike was very responsive to my questions and concerns. I got a good car for a fair price and when the car encountered what turned out to be a minor issue, Mike made sure it was addressed at my convenience, which I find unusual these days even for a new car dealership, much less a used one. Very friendly and down to earth people, aiming to keep their used car dealership fair and straightfoward. Mike was friendly and awesome. The process was smooth, and I could take the test drive and inspect the car well on my own, and then we went down all my sanity checks point by point afterwards. I am very satisfied with the car and process.
