I bought a 2010 Honda Accord from them in January! My transmission has gone out so I went to go get it fixed per its warranty and found out that the car is separating from the frame due to severe rust and corrosion, and is not safe to be driven anymore! I called them to try to fix it and I’m getting the runaround and nobody wants to fix it. Nobody wants to talk to me or anything. I highly suggest you not buy a car from them. If you do buy a car from them, go have three different mechanics. Check it out for you to make sure that you’re not being taken.

Due to being in the market for another car I had the pleasure of going to this dealership during the search. I initially noted that they had an extensive selection of great cars to choose from within my ideal budget.The salesman was Ashton and he helped arrange the test drive for the juke I was interested in with no issues. Mind you due to scheduling conflicts he made it seamless for my boyfriend to do the test drive and provide me with feedback. When I came on the lot the staff was both professional and polite. When I had questions for Ashton about the car prior to purchasing he let me speak to the actual owner. It was clear the owner Angel was more concerned with me getting a reliable car not just making a sale. The no pressure transparent dialogue was both appreciated and noticed! I was able to see that this was standard for all the customers. While there I noted how the owner was genuinely happy about getting a customer approved for financing who had doubted she would be able to. In the car industry especially I was glad to see that customers were the priority not just meeting quota. I ended up buying a cute Nissan Juke from the great staff there. The driving experience after a week has been awesome and it is the perfect commuter car which what was my priority in my purchase. Thanks Angel and Ashton for a seamless car buying experience. I’m definitely referring friends and family to this location and wish them continued success!

I had a wonderful experience. My gf referred me to them. The process was smooth. Angel and Kevin were a true blessing. They kept it real and honest and help me walk away with this beauty. 10/10 will definitely recommend.

I purchased Hyundai Veloster on May 13 and have had several issues with the car within a week of having it..

This first major issue was the front bumper falling off while driving on the highway

Paid $650 to get it fixed due to glued parts out of place and also missing screws and poorly put in place

Took it to Mechanic Shop and Paid $422 for (2) New Back Tires, Oil Change, Air Filter ( needed new clamp for air filter ) , Hose Work ,  New Fog Lights and Tire Alignment

I also had to put freon  in the car for the AC and had to replace the car key battery which I mentioned to them being low and they said it was fine. Checked it and it was damn near dead so that was also something that had to be purchased

I checked the touchscreen of the radio and it didn't work so I have to replace the face of the radio as well as speakers as well.

I called Million Miles and stated they were unable to help with the situation..

Please ensure that the car is properly inspected upon leaving the lot
