What stood out most was how smooth the communication was from start to finish. They answered all my emails promptly, sent detailed photos and videos, and kept me updated throughout the process. I felt confident every step of the way. My car arrived in perfect condition, and it’s even better than I expected. This dealership sets the standard for what buying a car should feel like — effortless, enjoyable, and trustworthy.

Worst experience I've had with a dealership. Be cautious when buying their cars as the cars already have problems that they know of when selling to you but are good at hiding it. I bought 2017 Mercedes E43 and the next morning my car is to the ground. I took it to Mercedes to get it inspected and the air suspension is leaking. I called this dealer to let them know and they told me they will fix it for me. Fast forward I took my car in for them to fix it and which they said they did and boom I wake up and my car is dropped down to the ground again. I bought it in again and they said they did “all the test on it” and ordered my part. I called them over and over again and they keep telling me to come in so they can do test  on my car. They don’t want to fix it just waste your time and money. They owe me a hood latch that is written on the contract that they have yet to give me as my hood is broken (bought from them like that).  $31,000 down the drain.  Don't buy from these people they are frauds.

Autos of Chicago!!! The best car dealership I have ever visited. The staff is welcoming and friendly, offering outstanding excellent customer service. I love their show room with the most luxury cars I ever seen. Very knowledgeable professional sellers and incredible deals on great cars. I found my dreams car and I love it.
