An analogous piece with some chips/defects is available on EBay for $95 plus $40 shipping. Again, this whimsical creation was done by a talented artist MOLLIE CARTER. Mollie Carter taught pottery at the University of British Colombia sometime in the early 1940's through to the mid 1950's. She also started the British Columbia Potters Guild and worked with well known artists of her time.
