35 Gallon Fish Tank As Is

I'm selling the tank as is with all the plants decor fish and supplies. Has angle fish pair, zebra and leopard danios, neon tetras, hillstream loaches, mystery snails, red racer and horned nerite snails, glass tetras, one 4 inch pleco, and one red schooling type fish that i'm not sure what is it. Comes with filter, heater, light, tank cover, live plants, a net and bottom feeder pellets. I won't sell anything individually unless it's all the fish as a whole. I need it all gone in one piece, and I will only sell to someone who can prove that they are an experienced fish keeper and is willing to take 25% of the water with them to keep the cycle stable.
