Vintage BOSTON Ranger 55 manual crank pencil sharpener. I grew up with this pencil sharpener mounted to my fathers workbench. It has to be over 55 years old. This heavy cast-metal desk unit has a chrome front door (marked “PUSH TO OPEN”) and an internal helical cutter with a Select-Point lever. I tested the unit — it sharpens smoothly and is in good working condition. Cosmetic signs of age remain (paint chips and light surface wear on the base and body). Comes as shown in photos.
