Super friendly service, Tim was actually knowledgeable about the cars which was great even though we already knew what we were looking for compared to other dealerships the salesmen are less informed than the customer. One dealership tried to say the Sasquatch package was a trim level and came with 32 inch tires for reference. Everyone was very polite and made the process of purchasing a car easy

Title: Great Salesman, Painful Markup

On a business trip to Seattle, I decided to swing by Bellevue Ford to check out a Raptor. Fresh off the road and this being my first stop in town, I walked in, was greeted by Matt Stockton, and the very first thing out of my mouth was, “Where’s the bathroom?”
Pretty sure he thought I was some random guy off the street looking for a public restroom — but to his credit, he handled it like a pro and pointed me in the right direction.

After that stellar first impression, I figured the least I could do was talk numbers with him on a Raptor they had in stock. The truck wasn’t exactly what I wanted, but close enough to see if we could make it work.

We ran the numbers… and, well, let’s just say the math wasn’t mathing. The trade-in offer was glued to the floor, and the dealer markup on the Raptor was $15K, which they dropped a little, but still offensive if you want to sell a truck — something I just can’t wrap my head around. I’m all for helping businesses thrive, but I draw the line at funding the dealer’s beer fridge.

We tried working it down with his managers, but in the end, I had to walk away. Still, I’m giving Matt a solid 5 stars for his professionalism, honesty, and relentless follow-ups. The guy’s a machine — if you want solid honesty from a salesman, he's your gent. If Matt wasn't so damn nice, this would have been a 3 star review.

Needed the oil changed on my 2017 Ford F-150 and was happy with the service from Ford of Bellevue. They picked up my truck and returned it the next day nice and clean. The video feedback from the technician was helpful too. I can recommend them, and will consider another purchase from them in the future. Thank you.
