Hi! I am a personal trainer in the Vestal area. I am certified through ACE( The American Council on Exercise) and am offering Personal Training services to clients. My specialty is people who are new to fitness to which i can offer a solid foundation and to help motivate others to become there best. Session prices can be discussed based upon negotiable payment and what the client can afford. I have access to a gym that can help beginners as well as people overall in fitness so a membership is not required.
