This is by far the best model of any on the market for a hardwood and tile flooring. Forget the mop and the Roomba iRobot, this leaves for sparkling dry in a second and you'll never pick up a broom or a mop again. I show you the bottom because that is the most critical place where other people might sell you something that looks fine but you don't know that those squeegees when broken makes it leak and not work. The rubber is soft and picks up water perfectly. If this wasn't the one I got for my parents maid it would not be for sale cuz I also use one every day.
