The cars go through no safety check. You're lucky if they check the oil and expect an empty gas tank. Consider your money down the drain because the cars aren't inspected in the least.

Bought a car from them the other day 4,000$ cash took car home overheated. Now wont look at car till monday second time bringing the car back to this lot since ive had it only a few days. Do not purchase from this lot they will scam you. Update: wont fix overheating issues still happening to car and wont fix because of a "bad review"
Under 30 days warranty mind you guys. Dont come here.  They wont work with you for your money's worth.

This place was Great!... My Wife and I were looking all around Fresno, and every dealership we tried, it was like sharks in a feeding Frenzy.... we would have salespeople after Sales People, some Sales People had Sales Trainees...
When we Got to Carillos it was a breath of fresh air.... they let us walk around on our own without pressure... and we got a Hyundai And it had low miles and has been Great.... Thanks Carrillo's.

Great service I am treated like family this is my 3rd car I’ve owned with carillos is there when I need them on my car purchase I have purchased an Acura and Honda and ford with great cars and still running strong especially for a used car carillos gets me going thank you on prompt when comes to my tags as well.

I went here yesterday not expecting to drive off with anything. They let us walk around no peer pressure or anything and basically worked around whatever we wanted. Whole experience everyone was friendly. I believe it's family business, If I remember correctly the receptionest name was Patty, Patty was friendly and i dont remember the person who also helped showed the car. From start to finish, it was a breeze and everything was explained. Patty was very helpful and honest with what i should get and what i shouldnt get and the reasons why which i really appreciate the honesty. They even worked past closing time for me. They went above and beyond. Great customer experience and i would definitely recommend and come back. I really needed a car and I got myself one. Thank you so much Carrillos Auto Center!
