This must be my sixth car I buy from Memo…
I purchased a 2018 BMW X2 Super clean well kept 1 owner. Memo Store Manager gave me a sweet deal I couldn’t pass up. Got a purchase order and went straight to my Credit Union, came back and paperwork was ready for me to signed an  it was washed up ready to go. I was in and out in less than an hour. Brian was the first to approach. Unfortunately the car we came to look at had some issues but Brian was up front and honest about it. We ended up getting a different car.

This is the 3rd time I’ve purchased/financed a vehicle and by far this was the fastest and smoothest process without the constant hassle of continuously having to decline additional products that we don’t need. I get it, it’s a sales rep’s job to upsell but sometimes we just want to go in, purchase the car we have been looking into and go on our way. Our sales rep Gus made this process 10000% easier and was completely transparent. He was upfront with us and straight to the point, we test drove, talked numbers and before I knew it I was signing on my 2016 Chevy Traverse. I absolutely loved the whole process and it’s definitely improved my impression on buying used vehicles. I always hated going in because of the HOURS they take just to purchase a car. I will definitely return if we are in need of another vehicle and I would definitely recommend asking for Gus because he will make sure you leave happy without making you spend the whole day at a dealership!
