I brought my car in for an oil change and the entire staff made sure I was well taken care of from beginning to end. Everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I felt well informed on what was done and also what needs to be taken care of moving forward without feeling scammed or tricked into spending unnecessary money. Donnie also went above and beyond to bring my 5 year old baby girl some stickers and put a huge smile on her face after being so patient waiting for our oil change to get done. I am new to Washington and I am so happy I was able to join the Seaview GMC family. They are so awesome!

Purchased a 2024 Pilot here. The salesman knew we were coming the next day but still the business had the vehicle listed for sale with a tire pressure module light on. Said they would fix it but we would have to bring it back in (we live 3 hours and a ferry ride away). Then suggested we just take it to the dealership- another hour drive away. Then we came in with our financing completed and willing to pay full price no reduction in price. The salesman insisted an additional 1300 dollar fee was recquired and illegal to advertise but we HAD to pay it. We were there with a 3 year old and it should have been a seamless,  no haggling sale for them with an over 40k sale.
