Purchased the car back over 2 years ago steering wheel has been jerking damn near causing me to wreck into another lane. Took it back to aj within the weeks timing. They told me they would fix it and when I got there basically called me a liar because they knew they had put tha car together. I’ve put more into the car than the note. He put two year warranty on the car and soon as I needed it the warranty expired. They put you in cars they know has a problem. Now I’m replacing everything under the hood out of pocket. With $516 note for a 2016 Chrysler 200

I’ve purchased three cars from Ajs auto this is the first time having issues with getting my car fixed. My car is still not fully fixed the mechanic Oscar lies about ordering parts and very unprofessional. My car has been back to the shop 5 times to where I missed work for a week. I lost a lot of money but yet they want you to pay the down payment on a vehicle barely working. WORD OF ADVICE IF U DONT HAVE FULL DOWN PAYMENT THEY WILL NOT SEND YOUR REGISTRATION OVER FOR U TO GET A TAG UNTIL U PAY IT OFF NO MATTER IF YOUR CAR IS WORKING OR NOT. My tag expires on the 25th of August I owe $1000 left on down payment mind u I’ve had to fill up 2 of the loaner cars because there was no gas. Pay for my own emissions so I can get an extended temp tag. And I lost money from my job from being out of work. How is that fair to me. Now I have to drive around with an expired tag on top of my car still not fully fixed. Hopes this review helps anyone considering going here.

Phenomenal!   Top notch staff.   You get this family like treatment and we have a great connection now.   Ahlam is amazing.  Such a beautiful person and such a pleasure to work with.  Also makes the best cup of Mocha.  Thank you AJ for the conversations and making us feel so welcomed.  I love this place.  We are so happy with the truck.   See you again!
