Very professional and best prices iv seen for used cars in Washington state! I'v purchased my last two Subarus from Sam and they have been fantastic! No rush no hidden prices no pushy salesmen. You work straight with the owner, where else you can do that? Save money and go see Sam, you will be glad you did!

My car would not start and I was left stranded.  It uses a "smart key" that operates by pushing a button on the dashboard.  They told me that they did not perform the service I needed, so "they would be happy to tow it to the dealership".
There was a message on the dashboard that demonstrated where to put the key to manually start the car, which I'm sure that any competent mechanic would understand, but I did not.  That's why I have a Triple A membership.  Still, the woman handling my request could not be bothered , since her "key department" told her they could not handle it.
I know that this area is to review auto sales, but I don't see a place to review service calls.  I've had Triple A for many years and this is the first time I've been treated this poorly.
I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL BE LOOKING FOR AN ALTERNATIVE SERVICE!!

I had a couple of great deals in this dealership and they were beyond my expectations, I highly recommend this place if you were looking for in-house financing or cash deals.
