Antique/ Vintage brown leather Towncraft suitcase from 1940s. All brass hardware. Condition is excellent with minor scrapes and wear marks, but in overall remarkable condition given its age. Nice bright stitching on leather exterior. Linen interior with center divider and snap pouch. Brass bar for holding ties, matching fabric garter. Honestly from the condition of the interior this may have never, or hardly ever been used. All latches work great, handle is in nice shape, eveything functions as it should. Rate to find luggage of this age in this condition, let alone a model like this. It was designed to be used and is perfectly functional for modern travel, home decor, era specific costumes, etc. Luggage is within TSA carry-on size limits. Measures approx. 21” x 14” x 8”
