In the past I’ve always purchased my used vehicles from new car dealerships, believing they offer the best selection and security. This time, however, I made an exception because I was looking for a very specific car—a Lexus SC430—and found one at Excel Motors that was simply priced too well to ignore.

He took the time to address every issue that needed attention and ensured that any conditions requiring repair were properly handled. This level of service after the sale is something I’ve honestly never experienced—neither from independent used car dealers nor from major new car dealerships.
In my experience, once most dealerships finalize the paperwork, their involvement ends. That was not the case here. Sam remained attentive, responsive, and committed to making sure I was satisfied with the vehicle.
Getting a great price is always important, but having a dealer who stands behind the car and takes care of the customer after the sale is what really matters. Based on my experience, Excel Motors delivers on that in a way that’s rare in this industry.
