Yukon Delta Trailerable houseboat

1976 25’ Yukon Delta Houseboat and Trailer. Perfect for day trips or multi day camping/fishing out on the water. Was slipped in marina for many years, and is a great setup for weekends at the lake. The entire roof is just like a pontoon deck with a handrail installed all around. Interior of boat has a kitchen, kitchen table seating area, a custom fold out full bed/futon with storage underneath, and a dometic porcelain toilet in the bathroom. Dual axle trailer, can be pulled with 1/2 ton pickup. Transom was completely rebuilt, roof was redone and has zero water intrusion. 15k BTU dometic rooftop AC w/ heater. New Refrigerator/freezer combo. Exterior paint was done with marine industrial enamel. Front windows replaced with dual pane gas filled low E. The wood trim could use some touch up paint and caulking. Front and rear patio seating uppholstry was done a few years ago and has some wear but overall good shape. Has a large Bimini top for the roof, and frame for the front deck, but will need replacement fabric. Interior would be easy to modify to suite needs, but not necessary. Chrysler 130 outboard, I swapped the CDI to an automotive one, it’s a solid old motor, just a bit of pain sourcing parts, but it has a new impeller, starter and solenoid, and ran solid when I pulled it on the hard. Good candidate for repower to modern 4stroke. Most of these have been abandoned and need fully rebuilt from the hull up, they’re very unique and awesome boats. I poured a ton of energy into giving her a new life, and would prefer to see her off to the next voyage with someone who will appreciate her. Open to cash offers and trades.
